Introduction

This section covers information at a strategic level relating to the institution's management of its physical resources.

Estates

The estate comprises five buildings (click on links for location maps):

King Charles Court, Greenwich is a Grade I listed building within the World Heritage site of the Old Royal Naval College and as such is maintained and used within the requirements and restrictions of the landlords (the Greenwich Foundation) and English Heritage.

Blackheath Halls is a leasehold Grade II listed building

The Creekside building was purpose built for Laban under the design of Stirling Prize winners Herzog and de Meuron and the freehold Laban Cottages are included within this site.

Studios are also leased in Laurie Grove, New Cross.

The estates strategy is incorporated within the Strategic Plan

The Institution has a tendering policy as referred to under Finance and Resource Planning.
