Graduate Internship - Editorial Assistant, Dance Research Journal

Contract: Part-time (7-10 hours per week), fixed-term for 11 months (47 weeks)

Trinity Laban is seeking a skilled, well-organised Editorial Assistant with excellent use of English and proofreading skills to support the Editor of Dance Research Journal, Professor Helen Thomas, who is based at Trinity Laban.  

You will be an active researcher familiar with academic writing (for example, a PhD student or Early Career Researcher currently engaged in part-time or hourly paid work). This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious journal, to gain experience of editorial processes, and to encounter a range of high-calibre writing in dance and dance-related areas.     

Trinity Laban welcomes applications from those actively engaged in research who are familiar with dance as an art form and as an academic discipline.


Salary: £6.95 - £7.20 per hour as per National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage rates.
