Biography

Nazerene Waite graduated from the BA (Hons) Musical Theatre in 2014 with First Class Honours and the Silver Medal for Musical Theatre. Selected credits include: Featured schoolgirl in Disney’s live-action Aladdin (Disney), Lauren in The Dumping Ground (CBBC), Lauren in How to feel (BFI), Petra Stockmann in An Enemy of the People (UK Tour), Sonnet 8 at Sonnet Sunday (Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre), Rosalind in Mary Stuart (Duke of York’s), Mia in Snowflakes (Oxford Playhouse), Little Red in Red Riding Hood (The Pleasance Theatre and Middle East tour), Vocalist at The What’s on Stage Awards (Prince of Wales Theatre), Alice in Throughly Modern Millie (Adelphi Theatre), Minnie McKnight/ Angela in Parade (London Theatre Workshop), Singer/ dancer in Connect It at BBC Proms 2&3 (Royal Albert Hall), Dance captain for Foxes pre-match concert (Wembley Stadium), Tap dancer on The One Show (BBC), Ensemble in Dick Whittington and his Cat (The Lyric Hammersmith)

Nazerene’s studies at Trinity Laban were generously supported by the Leverhulme Arts scholarship.
