Candoco Dance Company offer weekly youth dance classes for disabled and non-disabled dancers. Led by Candoco Artists, our classes will introduce you to inclusive dance technique and invite you to make your own dance pieces. You’ll also have the opportunity to perform on stages throughout the UK with our youth performance company Cando2. No dance experience needed, just your interest, enthusiasm and commitment!

The classes take place at the Laban Building every Monday from 17.30h-19.30h

I think Candoco is really great because compared to other dance classes I’ve done you get to do loads of creative stuff which is really fun!

Have a look at this poignant portrait of one of Candoco’s Youth Dancers, Lauren Dockerty, HERE.  Lauren describes how joining Candoco’s youth dance classes became an important aspect of her rehabilitation after an illness and has given her opportunities to create, collaborate and perform.
