'Dance for Health' Tuesdays

This creative movement class combines gentle contemporary dance
techniques with Pilates to improve strength, flexibility and
balance. Taught by dance artists and Pilates instructors from
Trinity Laban we welcome all levels of ability and no previous
experience is required.

young at heart. Led by dance artists and musicians from Trinity
Laban, we welcome all levels of ability and no previous experience
of singing or dance is required!

'The Arts Befriending Group', Sydenham, Tuesdays 10am -
12pm
This weekly social group for people over 60, in
partnership with Ageing Well, combines singing, art and other
art forms. Led by a professional musician from Trinity Laban, all
levels of ability are welcome and no previous experience is
required. Come along and give it a try!
Venue: The Grove Centre, 2 Jews Walk, Sydenham SE26 6PL
Minibus transport is provided for those living in the ward of
Forest Hill and assistance is provided in other areas.
