Facilities

Junior Trinity’s home is in King Charles Court, in the historic grounds of the Old Royal Naval College at Greenwich.
The state of the art facilities include over seventy practice
and teaching rooms, and many intimate performance spaces including
the Peacock Room where weekly lunchtime concerts take place. Junior
Trinity students benefit from the information resources, music
materials and recordings available at The Jerwood Library of the
Performing Arts with its full lending services of books, sheet
music and scores.
The Library offers students and parents a quiet study area and
the use of one hundred reader places including workstations with
audio-visual equipment, and computers with music processing and
aural training software.
Local Sights and Amenities
There is a wealth of opportunities for sightseeing, shopping,
fitness and relaxation in the Greenwich area. Historic attractions
include the Maritime Museum and the Royal Observatory often
featuring special exhibitions and events. Greenwich Park stretches
up to Blackheath and is a beautiful area for walking and
relaxation. For 'shopaholics' there are the markets in Greenwich
offering crafts, bric-a-brac, antiques and clothing. Canary Wharf
is just a ten minute journey on Docklands Light Railway, and has
three shopping malls with over 200 shops, restaurants, cafes and
bars. Finally, our dance faculty, Laban was awarded the prestigious
Stirling Architecture Prize for its groundbreaking home in
Deptford, a ten minute walk from Trinity.
