Pilates with Chloe
Chloe is a trained dancer that turned to Pilates in order to recover from injury. Her growing interest led her to obtain Mat certification form STOTT Pilates and has since been teaching in and around London. She has taught at Fitness First and David Lloyd Fitness among others as well as giving private tuition. Her teaching style is influenced by her background in dance and incorporates gentle stretching and movement exercises along with the traditional Pilates repertoire. The class is very physical and progresses to a more demanding vocabulary while maintaining mindfulness in movement and Pilates principles. Chloe is currently completing her MA in Choreography at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire for Music and Dance.
