On Sunday 3 April a group of Trinity Laban music students performed at the Royal Albert Hall with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in an invigorating programme of music by Tchaikovsky.
Trinity Laban brass students joined the orchestra for the rousing finale of the 1812 Overture. The matinée - conducted by Grzegorz Nowak - also featured Tchaikovsky's Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture, Piano Concerto No. 1 and Marche Slave.
Trinity Laban's Head of Brass Roger Argente, who is also the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra's Principal Bass Trombone, arranged the opportunity.
