The Kathleen Ferrier Society Bursary for Young Singers took place at the weekend in Lancashire. The Bursary was established in 1996 and is open to vocal students just beginning their second year of study at each of the eight major Music Colleges in England, Scotland and Wales. Each college sends two singers who present a varied programme.
We are very proud to announce that Trinity Laban baritone Casey-Joe Rumens was awarded third prize, and pianist Robin Cohen - a Trinity Laban FPS student - won the accompanist's prize. Congratulations to them both.
