Some of Trinity Laban's world class teaching staff are travelling around the world this term to hold masterclasses, performances and auditions for overseas music and dance students.
Karl Lutchmayer (Piano) is in Bangalore, India, to run Trinity Laban's first Summer Academy for music teachers in May; and Simon Purcell and Julian Siegel (Jazz) are flying out to Beijing, Wuhan and Shanghai, China this week.
Nic Pendlebury (Strings) and Ian Mitchell (Wind, Brass and Percussion) returned from Moscow, Russia and Tokyo, Japan respectively and the Director of the Dance Faculty, Mirella Bartrip and colleagues Emma Redding and Rosemary Brandt will be holding workshops and auditions in Sao Paulo, Brazil in May.
Trinity Laban attracts both world class students and lecturers to its creative performing arts community. It currently has students from over 40 nationalities from around the world, leading to a diverse but exciting and vibrant cultural learning experience.
