Trinity Laban awards Honorary Fellowship to Led Zeppelin's John Paul Jones

"Led Zeppelin's legendary multi-instrumentalist, John Paul Jones, receives an Honorary Fellowship from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London [Thursday 8 December 2011]. On receiving the award Mr. Jones said: "I once aspired at an early age to be a student at this very special college but my musical path took me elsewhere. I feel very proud to have been made an Honorary Fellow and consider this to be a high point of my career."

Other Fellows this year included Matthew Bourne, acclaimed Swan Lake choreographer and alumnus, and sir Vernon Ellis, Chairman of the British Council.
