The Trinity Laban Choral Scholars were the feature choir on Sunday Half Hour on BBC Radio 2 recently (6 January 2013). Host Diane Louise Jordan celebrated Epiphany - the arrival of the wise men to pay homage to Jesus - with the Choral Scholars, broadcast live from the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich - http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b01pmb33/Sunday_Half_Hour_06_01_2013/
Trinity Laban is the only Conservatoire in the UK with a chapel collegiate choir, and the extraordinary environment of the Old Royal Naval College Chapel provides an ideal learning environment for singers wishing to seek work in London's cathedral or church choirs, or beyond.
Trinity Laban's vocal ensembles seek to help students develop an understanding of musical styles from Renaissance and Baroque to contemporary music, an area of particular musical specialism at Trinity Laban. Auditions are held every year for the twelve Choral Scholarships we offer in conjunction with the Dame Susan Morden Trust and the trustees of the Old Royal Naval College Chapel.
