Fifteen performers of international stature will lead masterclasses with Trinity Laban students over the next three months.
Artists across voice, bassoon, guitar, piano, oboe, violin, viola and harp include distinguished soprano Susan Bullock, renowned French harpist Sylvain Blassel, the Wihan Quartet; and celebrated Chilean guitarist José Antonio Escobar (pictured).
Director of Music, Dr Claire Mera-Nelson, explains that masterclasses are an integral part of the teaching year: "Our students get to perform in front of these famous and often legendary performers and be critiqued. This sort of access to these brilliant musicians is hugely valuable and can often constitute a milestone in a student's musical development."
All masterclasses are free and open to the public. They are generally held in the Faculty of Music at the world famous Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich.
