Pick Up The Pace Revisited was a free day-long festival of dance activity for young men between 8 and 22 years old on Saturday 22 February 2014. This event marked the 10-year anniversary since we carried out a 3-year research project into boys' dance called Pick Up The Pace, which was funded by the Paul Hamlyn FoundationPick Up The Pace Revisited animated the Laban Building with dance workshops of different dance styles, site specific performances, and opportunities to meet male dance professionals and find out about other dance activity for boys.

In the evening a performance platform featuring diverse and talented male youth dance groups took place in the Laban Theatre.

Glen Murphy, one of our original Pick Up The Pace participants, performed with Ashley Glazebrook as streetdance and comedy duo Twist and Pulse, both during the day and at the evening performance platform.
