Presented by the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD)
The ballet workshops are designed to introduce participants to ballet technique and are suitable for those with or without previous experience. Participants will work to build confidence and to explore travelling dynamically through space. The class will include a barre warm up and adage leading to short movement phrases, turns, jumps and travelling. Classes will focus on developing body alignment and technical skills along with movement dynamics and flow.
The workshops are taught by Matthew Paluch.
