Health & Wellbeing

At Trinity Laban we understand the importance of the health and wellbeing of our students and is central to our beliefs about healthy performers with long careers.
The music and dance courses are supported by complementary study
sessions in Pilates, Yoga and Alexander Technique.
Ther Faculty of Dance also houses a health suite and pilates
studio in the Laban building where students of Trinity Laban can
benefit from discounted on sessions.
