At Trinity Laban we understand the importance of the health and wellbeing of our students and is central to our beliefs about healthy performers with long careers.
The music and dance courses are supported by complementary study
sessions in Pilates, Yoga and Alexander Technique.
Laban also houses a health suite and pilates studio where
students of Trinity Laban can benefit from discounted on
sessions.
