Felicity graduated from Durham University in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology, completing her Royal Academy of Dance Advanced 2 ballet examination in the same year. In 2016, she completed the MSc in Dance Science at Trinity Laban. Upon completing her Master, Felicity was appointed as a graduate intern in both the Dance Science and Health Departments at Trinity Laban. Felicity is heavily involved in the Musculoskeletal and Fitness Screening for TL dance students, and administrative provision in the TL Health Clinic.
Felicity delivers elements of the Lab Skills component on the MSc in Dance Science at Trinity Laban and has provided Dance Science workshops for Young Ambassadors in Dance with the Learning and Participation department at Trinity Laban. Within Dance Science Felicity’s main areas of interest are in dance psychology and teaching. To date, her research has primarily focused on aspects of motivation, namely motivational climate and mirror use within dance training. She is hoping to further investigate these research areas, following on from her final Master's research project.
