Students

Student Webmail Please login with your TL email address (e.g. john.b11@edu.trinitylaban.ac.uk) and password.
Moodle Please login with your TL username and password.
Remote Access Portal To access the portal you will need a PIN together with your TL username and password.
Upload Your Photo
(opens 1 August for new students registering)

New students can avoid the ID card queues during Registration by uploading a photo before arrival. Your ID card will be pre-printed and waiting for you when you attend Registration.

Please note:

  • The photo should be 'passport style' - ie, head and shoulders only, and with your face clearly visible.
  • No-one else should be in the photo.
  • Accepted image file types are JPEG, GIF, TIF and PNG.
  • You will not receive a confirmation email once the photo is uploaded. However, you can log in at any time to view the photo you have uploaded.
  • You must use the login details which were emailed to your private email address.  Do not create a new account - if you do, your uploaded photo will not be registered and you will need to queue for a photo during Registration.
  • This upload facility is for new students only.
  • THIS SERVICE WILL CLOSE ON 30 AUGUST IN ORDER TO ALLOW US ENOUGH TIME TO PRINT THE ID CARDS BEFORE REGISTRATION.
Enrol Online
(opens 1 August for new and returning students)

New and returning students can whizz through the Registration process by enrolling online.

Please note:

  • You must use the login details which were emailed to your private email address. Do not create a new account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after you Submit your enrolment.
