Tasha discovered the Pilates technique while training at the New Zealand School of Dance in 2001. Over recent years Tasha has taught at Laban Pilates Studio, The Third Space Pilates Studio and Trevor Blount Pilates Studio in London, Absolute Pilates and Bodywise in Auckland, New Zealand.She teaches Studio Equipment work and Mat work on both a 1-2-1 and Group basis.
