Performance Project - Summer 2017

Trinity Laban are offering a unique performance opportunity for adults as part of the Horniman Museum and Gardens Summer Festival.

Rehearsals will take place over 11 weeks between April and July, led by professional dance artist Hannah Cameron. Sessions will develop contemporary dance skills and enhance creativity through workshops and choreographic processes. The project will focus on the Horniman’s Summer Festival theme of India. Weekly rehearsals will culminate in a performance at Horniman Museum and Gardens at an outdoor family event on Sunday 9 July.

You do not need prior dance experience to take part in this project, all adults (16+) are welcome! 

 

Key Commitment Dates

Weekly rehearsals

Mondays at 18.45 – 20.15 (no classes on bank holidays)

24 April – 3 July at the Laban Building

 

Extra rehearsals

Fri 7 July

Sat 8 July times and location tbc

 

Final Performance

Sun 9 July at the Horniman Museum

(Performers will be needed all day)
