Inspired Not Tired is Trinity Laban's programme of music and dance for older participants aged 60+, supported by Lewisham Council. Trinity Laban's Learning and Participation teams are working with other Lewisham-based partners as part of Older People's Arts Network (OPAN) to make the Borough a great place to grow old.
Please note that this programme, formerly Retired not Tired, is currently being rebranded. The programme's new name and the new class names will come into full effect in September.
