Physiotherapy with Fiona
Physiotherapists use treatment techniques such as manipulation
and massage together with ultrasound and other forms of
electrotherapy to effectively reduce pain, swelling and
inflammation.
Each client receives a thorough assessment which determines the
diagnosis of their condition. Individual rehabilitation protocols
are tailored to meet specific needs.

About Fiona O'Leary
BSc (hons), MCSP, HPC, AACP.
Fiona graduated from Coventry University in 2007 with a
BSc (hons) physiotherapy, after which she started work in private
practice specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has
worked in both Ireland and the UK and also spent time working in
Christchurch, New Zealand.
She has an interest in both treatment and prevention of
sports injuries and has worked with local rugby and football teams,
both of who, similar to dancers, are eager to return to full
fitness asap! Fiona is committed to maintaining her professional
development and regularly attends courses and seminars. She has
recently completed her acupuncture training and has also completed
training in pilates which she regularly teaches and uses as part of
treatment, especially for those with chronic back pain.
Fiona is currently practising at Laban Health and Bishop's
Stortford Physiotherapy Clinic.
Clinic
Fiona practices at Laban Health on Thursdays from
12.00h-21.00h and Saturdays from 10.00h-17.00h.
