About Hazel

Hazel qualified as a Reflexologist in London through I.T.E.C in 1997, She continued to study and appreciating the benefits of Holistic therapy and the body mind connection while living in New York for several years working in the fast paced, high stress environment of the fashion industry.

Hazel returned to London and set up her own practice in 2010 teaching Yoga and providing Holistic therapy for adults and children in Deptford and the surrounding areas. She has practiced and studied many Holistic therapies, including massage, Aromatherapy, Nutrition and many styles of Yoga.

Hazel has an understanding of the anatomy and physiology of movement through her training and work as a Yoga teacher and she has experience of the needs of performers through her work as a therapist for TV, as well as providing Reflexology at Laban she is currently the official therapist to the X factor TV show working with the cast and crew.

Clinic

Hazel practices at Laban Health on Mondays 19.00h-21.00h and Tuesdays 09.00h-13.00h.
