• All cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments require 24 hours notice or the full treatment fee is due.
• We have a no refund policy.
• Clients are responsible for informing their Practitioner of any remedial condition, injury or pregnancy.
  
• All sessions carry an expiry date; any sessions bought must be used by the expiry date. Please check the expiry date before you book your session.
• Trinity Laban cannot take any responsibility for items left in the Health treatment rooms/the laban building.
