Welcome to Trinity Laban Pilates
Pilates is a holistic movement system to support, strengthen and
lengthen the body. It aims to increase body awareness focusing on
breathing, precise alignment, fluid articulation and coordination
of the whole body. Pilates is beneficial as a complementary
approach in dealing with a wide range of medical conditions.
Pilates is suitable for everyone and, because of the low impact,
for people of all ages. Trinity Laban provides a comfortable
friendly environment aimed to make your experience as enjoyable as
possible. Our Studio is open to both male and female clients of all
fitness abilities.
We provide both Private and Group studio sessions tailored
to your specific needs. These sessions combine both Matwork
and Machine based exercises. We also offer a range of Pilates
classes which focuses on a structured set of Matwork based
exercises.
