Junior Trinity Student Image

Alongside string quartets from Junior Trinity, two young quartets from Greenwich and Lewisham will perform new music inspired by Beethoven's works in this genre. Led by Sarah Freestone.

This project forms part of Trinity Laban's TRANSFORM programme which offers local young musicians the opportunity to work with Trinity Laban staff and students to support them in their musical progression. These two string quartets have explored some of Beethoven's Quartets during a series of workshops and taken part in a masterclass with the Benyounes Quartet (The Richard Carne Junior Fellows) to create the music you hear today.
