Catch a bite to eat before or after the performance at our café. With a wide range of reasonably priced hot or cold dishes and drinks on the menu, it provides the perfect friendly atmosphere for a pre- or post- Laban Theatre performance.

Or, if you are not hungry, why not grab a drink with friends in our Laban Theatre bar before, after the show or during the interval? The bar offers a selection of alcoholic or soft drinks, snacks and even board games! Open from 18.30h until late, the stylish Laban Theatre Bar welcomes an eclectic crowd of local arts lovers, dance and music students and theatre goers.

Audience Development

Laban Theatre is commited to attracting more local theatre goers. This commitment has yielded a plan to offer complementary tickets for local residents to see Traffic a new work by Stephanie Schober, which commenced in March 2011. Our aim was to increase the awareness of Laban Theatre within the local community. This video contains the views and opinions of some of those who came to that performance.

Trinity Laban leads the London premiere of Heiner Goebbels’ Surrogate Cities to launch the Southbank’s Cultural Olympiad
To launch the Southbank Centre’s Cultural Olympiad and to celebrate the acclaimed German composer’s 60th birthday, the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance Symphony Orchestra will give the London premiere of Heiner Goebbels’ edgy, urban soundscape Surrogate Cities on Saturday 3 March at the Royal Festival Hall.
