Rebecca Allen started her career at the BBC, working with the BBC Symphony Orchestra and the BBC Proms. She joined Universal Classics and Jazz in 1999 as Press Assistant, and remained with the label after it was renamed Decca Records in 2009. Having taken the position of General Manager in 2012, she was promoted to Managing Director in 2014, and to President of the Decca Records Group UK in 2017. In 2020 Rebecca was appointed President of the newly relaunched EMI Records. Rebecca works with many high-profile artists in her role.
