Trinity Laban is known both in the UK and overseas as a source of advice and good practice for peers, providing curricula content and delivery to University College London and The Open University. Its academic staff make frequent appearances at international institutions, working as external examiners and offering workshops and masterclasses at institutions including China Central Conservatory (Beijing), Liszt Academy (Budapest), Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance (New York), Schulich School of Music at McGill University (Montreal), Sydney Conservatorium, University of Cape Town.
Trinity Laban is the only UK Conservatoire to have been recognised for the award of a named US-UK Fulbright scholarship. The Fulbright-Trinity Laban Award in Music & Dance will be offered to US citizens to pursue a one-year Master’s degree (or the first year of a longer Master’s or Ph.D. degree program) in music or dance, from 2016.
