Sonya Cullingford

Actor, Dancer

Trinity Laban gave me the opportunity to experiment with creative process, technique and performance style. It gave me the confidence to put myself out there again and again, including (literally) finding my voice and starting to use text. I feel very grateful to Trinity Laban for the start it gave me.
