The Research Degree Programme at Trinity Laban has been a truly developing experience. It’s given me the space and support to critically reflect on my creative practice and this has fundamentally changed the way I approach my work.

Will Dutta is a curating composer whose creative practice incorporates performance, composition and research. His work is presented in a range of off-spaces and institutional contexts, in the UK and internationally. His research interests include artist-led curatorial initiatives. He has recently completed his PhD at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance under the supervision of Dr. Dominic Murcott and Prof. Dan Fern (Royal College of Art). In 2015 he was Researcher-in-Residence at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (awarded by Creativeworks London and AHRC) contributing articles towards their touring exhibition ‘Shout Out: Pirate Radio in the 1980s’.
