Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Destination of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) survey

1) Promoter:

The Prize Draw is being conducted by Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, King Charles Court, Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, London SE10 9JF.

2) Eligibility:

The Prize draw is open to any former student who receives an invitation from Trinity Laban to take part in the DLHE January 2018 survey, completing the survey by the closing date (https://dlhe.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/hm8qjhxnk8-11).

3) Promotion period:

Entries will be accepted during the research survey fieldwork period (ending 5 March 2018)

4) Entry:

Entry into the respective Prize Draw is automatic for all former students who complete the DLHE January 2018 survey by the closing date.

No purchase or payment is required.

5) Limitation of entries:

Only one entry per eligible student will be accepted.

Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.

6) Prize:

Details of the prize are as outlined in the email survey script.

Trinity Laban is responsible for administering the prize. Please contact l.witt@trinitylaban.ac.uk if you have any queries.

No transfer or assignment of the prize will be permitted except by Trinity Laban.

The institution reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7) Draw:

The winner will be determined by a random draw from all eligible entries, which will be witnessed by an observer independent of the team conducting the draw.

The draw will be conducted within ten working days of the survey closing date unless otherwise specified. 

Trinity Laban reserves the right to postpone the draw until a later date should the survey period be extended. All decisions are final and binding.

8) Notification:

The winner will be notified within a maximum of six weeks of the date of the draw. Notification will be sent to the student’s email address, or by a telephone call, as appropriate.

The prizes will be administered by Trinity Laban with prize money normally paid by BACS in GBP to a UK bank account or by cheque.

9) Use of your personal information for this prize draw:

Personal data used for the purpose of the prize draw will not be given to any third party. 

10) Liability

Trinity Laban is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; online failures; hardware/software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner.

Trinity Laban is not responsible for any inaccuracy in the contact details supplied by the participant that may result in the inability of Trinity Laban to contact that participant. Trinity Laban is also not responsible for any damage to the entrant’s computer occasioned by participation in the survey, the prize draw or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the survey or prize draw.

11) Jurisdiction

These rules will be governed by English law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
