Trinity Laban are pleased to announce that they have received funding from City Bridge Foundation to continue delivery of the Dance for Wellbeing programme in Greenwich following the closure of Greenwich Dance.
Weekly creative movement classes across Greenwich that aim to improve mental and physical wellbeing in an inclusive and fun environment.

Wednesdays 10.30 – 11.30 at The Plumstead Centre
Wednesdays 13.30 – 14.30 at Thamesmead Moorings
Wednesdays 16.00 – 17.00 at Woolwich Library
Fridays 15.00 – 16.30 at The Plumstead Centre
Class description
Led by dance artist Maria Ghoumrassi these classes will refocus energy, deepen your connection to the body and leave you feeling confident, energised and grounded. A typical session will begin with a seated or standing warm up, a check in with your body and breath followed by movement explorations and improvisations.
No previous dance or movement experience is necessary and sessions are open to all adults 18+
