Trinity Laban offers weekly dance classes for people who are recovering from, or living with an acquired brain injury or stroke and their carers.

This creative dance activity is delivered by a Trinity Laban dance artist, working in collaboration with an occupational therapist. The class aims to improve wellbeing, balance, and movement capabilities. No previous experience necessary.

Join Dancing For Health

Dancing for Health takes place on Fridays during term time, 14.00 – 16.00h

Venue: Laban Building, Creekside, London SE8 3DZ

Transport: The nearest rail is Deptford or Deptford Bridge, or Cutty Sark DLR. Buses from Lewisham to Wavelengths stop on Creekside: 47
