In December, Trinity Laban was delighted to be welcome Clive Efford, Member of Parliament for Eltham, to its Faculty of Music. He was given a tour by Professor Anthony Bowne, Principal of Trinity Laban, and met students and staff.

Clive Efford commented:

“It was wonderful to visit Trinity Laban’s Faculty of Music at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, where music pours out of every window! I was delighted to observe a composition class, to watch rehearsals for the Christmas opera, and to hear about Trinity Laban’s commitment to its local community, with support for talented children and young people, visits to schools and musical activities for older people. I’m proud that we have Trinity Laban on our doorstep.”

In addition to its higher education and research activity, Trinity Laban runs numerous public engagement and community programmes in the London Boroughs of Greenwich and Lewisham, home to its Faculty of Music and Faculty of Dance respectively.
