Phil Harding

Phil Harding joined Trinity Laban in 2021 following nine years as Director of Finance and Business Affairs at UCL, with previous senior leadership roles at City University, the University of Westminster and the University of Bedfordshire. He has held responsibility for services beyond finance, including HR, IT, estates and student services. Phil is the UUK Lead Negotiator on the USS Joint Negotiating Committee and has held various sector roles including acting as chair of the British Universities Finance Directors Group. Prior to working in HE, Phil worked in the NHS, and within the private sector.
