The atmosphere here is incredibly friendly, and I believe it's a huge help to make us work at our best.

Thanks to my teacher, I am so aware of how my playing has improved in just one year and a half, both musically and technically! I know I wouldn’t have received so much advice in many other places. I have also learnt a lot about how to deal with life as a professional musician, having to deal already with a busy schedule and jumping from one project straight into another.

Every concert has something special, but I remember playing for the opening of the Studio Theatre in the Cutty Sark. Playing in a boat was an incredible experience, and I will never forget it!

CoLab is a great place to learn new skills, out of your usual range of playing. You can do something completely different than what you are used to, and it’s not a big deal if it doesn’t work as it’s all about trying. It’s a very useful platform if you want to make your own project. And usually, it’s a lot of fun!

I think it’s very important to study in an international environment: as musicians, we can’t restrain ourselves just to one place. Also, it makes us see and compare where we are compared to other countries in Europe.

London is an amazing city, which has so much to offer!! If you want to go to concerts, shows and museums then you have so many choices you usually don’t know where to start. On the other hand, Greenwich is much quieter than the centre, so you don’t have to live this exciting life all the time if you don’t want to.

Trinity Laban is in an amazing place, it’s so inspiring. The harp department in Trinity Laban is the best I could have wished for. The teacher is amazing and I learn so much every day, but the other students in the class also create such a nice and friendly atmosphere. It’s incredible to be able to study there, I feel so lucky!

I would sum up my time at Trinity Laban as one of the best years of my life!
