If you are unsure at this stage which day you would like to move in, please do not specify either date but notify the Student Services team (studenthalls@trinitylaban.ac.uk) nearer the time. Please note that your Student Occupancy Agreement will commence from 10th September 2022.

There is a time restriction of 08:00h-20.00h on moving-in days. If you are unable to move in on either of the dates specified below, you must contact the Student Services team (studenthalls@trinitylaban.ac.uk) to make alternative arrangements.

Room preferences

You should indicate what type of room you would like to apply for in order of preference. If we are unable to offer you your first choice of room then we will try to offer you the next available room in order of your indicated preference. If you are offered your second, third, or fourth choice, you are obligated to accept this room allocation.

If there is only a particular type of room for which you wish to be considered, and you would not like to be offered an alternative room type, please select 'not interested' for those room types. If we are unable to allocate you your particular room type, we will return your full deposit and expect you to find your own alternative accommodation.

The more options you select, the greater the chance of being allocated a room in McMillan Student Village.

***How to pay your £250 holding deposit***

Your application will not be considered until the deposit has been paid.

Your £250 holding deposit should be paid via the Trinity Laban online shop. If asked, please select Accommodation. You will be asked to enter your name - please enter the exact name given on this application form.

If you have paid your deposit but not submitted your application form, your application will not be considered. Likewise, applications submitted without a holding deposit will not be considered.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will refund your £250 holding deposit. In all other circumstances this deposit is non-refundable. This includes in the event that you decide to withdraw your application, either prior to or following allocation of rooms, we will retain your £250 to cover administrative costs incurred.

In the case of successful applications, the holding deposit will be deemed to be your security deposit, as required under the terms of the Student Occupancy Agreement.
