Thank you for hosting a student on Trinity Laban’s Learning Mentor module. We are grateful for your time supporting our students, and hope that the mentoring experience has been beneficial for you also. We would be grateful if you would please provide some feedback by completing the short form below. You may like to consider the student’s approach to learning through the mentoring relationship as described in the module handbook and ‘notes for mentors’. You may also wish to reflect on any learning you have taken from the experience. You are welcome to also comment on how well Trinity Laban has met its responsibilities in supporting you as a mentor. Upon receipt of the feedback form we will issue you with a purchase order to quote on your invoice (as applicable).
