Full payment is due at the time of booking.
If you have booked an Online Physiotherapy session, you will be contacted on the day of the appointment with a Zoom invitation
All cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments require 24 hours’ notice or the full treatment fee is due.
We accept all major debit/credit cards, except American Express. Due to Covid-19 we do not accept cash payments.
Clients are responsible for informing their Practitioner of any remedial condition, injury or pregnancy.
All sessions carry an expiry date; any sessions bought must be used by the expiry date. Please check the expiry date before you book your session.
Trinity Laban cannot take any responsibility for items left in the Health treatment rooms/the Laban building.
