Beyond the Dots - Young Musicians' Summer School 2017

Following our successful pilot year, Trinity Laban is delighted to announce bookings are now open for the return of Beyond the Dots, our Summer School for young musicians aged 11-19 years.

Running from Tuesday 1 August to Thursday 3 August 2017, at Trinity Laban’s Faculty of Music site in Greenwich, London, this jam-packed programme is an opportunity to work with other young people and our specialist tutor team. Let the activity inspire you and take your music in new creative directions.

The programme has been created for multi-instrumentalists, curious musicians, and classical musicians up for a challenge, all led by expert teachers from Trinity Laban and the professional music industry.

It features a range of specialist classes to choose from: traditional masterclasses, jazz jams, looping technology workshops and creative sessions. You will have the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge artist and develop a brand new work, which you will share with others at the end of Summer School.

Additionally this year, following feedback, we’re delighted to be offering optional one-to-one music taster lessons (available to book when booking a place) for students to gain a unique learning experience from Trinity Laban’s specialist tutors.
