All of our resources are free to download and are suitable to do at home. Make sure you have space around you to move freely, and if any other equipment is needed it will say so in the pack.When participating in any exercise or dance programme, there is the possibility of physical injury.

If you engage in these online exercises, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Trinity Laban from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Trinity Laban’s online dance programme.

Trinity Laban strongly recommends that you consult with your doctor before beginning any exercise or dance activity. The dance exercises are for people in good physical condition who are able to participate in exercise.

Two Ammonites together

Object in Focus (Ammonites)

The Horniman Museum and Gardens and Trinity Laban have been working together on exciting projects since 2009.  This year Trinity Laban will host two ammonites, as part of the Museum’s Object in Focus loan programme.  Click on the link to find out more about the ammonites and hear from Horniman Palaeontologist and Deputy Keeper of Natural History, Dr Emma Nicholls and storyteller, Olivia Armstrong. There will also be lots of ammonite inspired creative task to try out and a creative challenge to get involved in!
