In May 2023, Natasha joined Trinity Laban Health, transitioning from her role in the Healthcare Team at The Royal Ballet. Previously, she served as a dedicated soft tissue therapist and lecturer within the Physical Support Team at London Contemporary Dance School.
Natasha’s professional journey is underscored by a profound interest in injury epidemiology. Natasha’s passion for understanding the health and well-being of dancers blossomed during her professional training in contemporary dance. This curiosity subsequently led her towards completing a Master’s degree in Professional Somatic Arts Practice and qualifying as a soft tissue therapist from NLSSM (London). Furthering her expertise, Natasha pursued a certificate in Dance Movement Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths, University.
