Kira Radley is Communications Manager at Trinity Laban, with a decade of experience in the cultural industries. She began her career as an Operations & Marketing Apprentice at Norwich Arts Centre – a multi-artform venue where she has served as a Trustee since 2021. Over the years, she worked and led marketing teams for renowned festivals including We Out Here, Dimensions, and Norfolk & Norwich Festival, as well as an independent record shop, music education service and music distributor.
Biography
In addition to her marketing and communications work, Kira has supported numerous artists and collectives through bid-writing and fundraising, helping secure funding for projects by Touching Bass, George Riley, Axel Kaner-Lidstrom and more. Between 2020 and 2023, she managed the 11-piece jazz ensemble Levitation Orchestra, during which time she negotiated a two-album deal with a leading independent jazz label, organised a sold-out album launch, and booked the group’s first national tour and international performance.
