Nancy is the Director of Programmes & Income at Stonewall and brings with her a world of senior leadership and fundraising experience, having worked in the culture, inclusion and heritage sectors in the UK and North America.
Biography
Before joining Stonewall, Nancy was the national Head of Philanthropy at Tate, Director of Strategic Initiatives at ERA Architects, and led major gifts and international business development for English Heritage and the Institute for Canadian Citizenship. Across her career, she has led and delivered numerous projects reaching millions of people across the UK, Canada and the US and raised over £42M.
As a consultant and facilitator, Nancy supported over 1,000 grassroots organisations and individuals – including hundreds of businesses and creative practitioners – to navigate inequitable systems, drive income generation and find innovative solutions in challenging times. She champions inclusion, culture and improving outcomes for young people in the creative industries worldwide.
