Celebrating our scholars: Trinity Laban's Scholars' Reception 2025

Last month, we were delighted to welcome Trinity Laban supporters to our annual Scholars’ Reception. Held for the first time in the Painted Hall, this event was a celebration of our new scholars for the 2025-6 academic year, and the people who generously support their studies.

The evening highlighted the range of disciplines taught at Trinity Laban, with performances ranging from new work by Contemporary Dance scholars to a special performance from Trinity Laban’s Holtág Quartet.

The programme also featured a solo trumpet performance by Emanuel Filipeanu, Bachelor of Music Year 3, and a collaborative Jazz and Musical Theatre performance showcasing songs from Bandstand and The Life.

Thank you to all our donors and friends, old and new, who joined us for this special event. We are deeply grateful to everyone who supports scholarships and awards at Trinity Laban.

We are also grateful to the Greenwich Foundation for inviting us to use the Painted Hall for this unique event.

Philanthropic support directly contributes to removing financial barriers for students and ensures that talent, not financial circumstance, determines opportunities to grow.
