Course details

Our annual Young Musicians’ Summer School takes place from 22 – 25 July 2026.

Aimed at all talented young musicians aged 11-18, our intensive 4-day summer school is for anyone passionate about making music, eager to build new skills, and up for making new friends with a range of musical interests and backgrounds. Participants choose from a variety of performance-based and skills-building workshop strands, guided by incredible musicians from Trinity Laban and beyond.

The summer school culminates in a public concert, which this year will take place on the beautiful Laban Theatre stage. Explore our Course Content page to find out more about what’s typically involved in the summer school.

Apply to take part by completing our online booking form. The summer school is always hugely popular, so please provide us with all the information requested to give yourself the best chance of being offered a place. We aim to start confirming places from 5 May onwards (and in advance of that date for international applicants).

It has been the most enjoyable music experience I’ve ever had in my life so far. This has been a phenomenal opportunity to meet lots of different types of people. The standard of musicians here is extremely high and they are all so passionate for music, it is just unbelievable!
