Battle of the Bands

Friday 10 July 18:00 – 21:00, Blackheath Halls, SE3 9RQ               Apply now

Looking for opportunities to get your music performed and heard? If you are in a band or a singer/songwriter and aged 11 – 18 then you can sign up to be part of Trinity Laban’s Battle of the Bands 2026!

Priority will be given to young musicians who live or study in South-East London. All bands invited to be part of Battle of the Bands 2026 will be offered a coaching session in advance from Trinity Laban musicians, before performing on a professional stage in July, with feedback from our panel of music industry specialists.

The winning band will be invited to Trinity Laban for further coaching and a professional recording session at Trinity Laban to help them develop and promote their music.

For each band or artist that wants to take part, you will need to complete the online application form and send us a short video demo, by Friday 24 April at the latest.

Listen to our previous winners’ professionally recorded songs:

Listen to Soulstice’s original track, from Langley Park School for Boys, Bromley, 2025 winners.

Listen to ‘Chronic’ by Spitflame, from Sedgehill Academy, Lewisham, 2024 Battle of the Bands winners.
