This year’s Keyboard & Voice Festival invites us to think and explore how music and artistic expression are shaped by geography, culture, memory, and movement. From the street corners of childhood neighbourhoods to distant homelands and imagined landscapes, places may shape the ways we create, listen, and live.
Beyond music, artists and writers have long drawn inspiration from places, too. Inspired by this idea, this year’s festival reflects on both personal and collective stories rooted in places, whether through the lens of migration, diaspora, cultural identity, or urban landscapes.
